Current Pilots
We invite you to participate through your voice or in any meaningful way to become an Ambassador for Belonging.
Introducing: BeLongmonting
BeLongmonting is the Initiative’s Longmont, CO pilot designed to strengthen the city’s belonging-centered values through Cawareness™ (Awareness + Care). Our mission is to ensure neighbors—regardless of height—are seen, connected, and structurally upheld within the community.
Social Architecture & The Social Fabric
We are dedicated to upholding the community’s values while supporting efforts to mend frays within the social fabric. As a city grows, they can naturally drift into segments, leading to neighbors feeling “apart from” rather than a part of the collective. We tend to these frays, ensuring that accessibility and belonging are integrated into our schools, businesses, and civic infrastructure rather than kept in silos. True belonging is the result of authentic presence.
The Living Room Concept
This is a movement from the peripheral perception of viewing a cityscape to co-inhabiting the spaces of community as though it were an extension of their own living room. Our methodology ensures that civic spaces are not just physical structures, but lived environments where neighbors and organizations serve as hosts for belonging.
By facilitating a belonging-centered, co-creative process, we invite neighbors to “hang the value” of their own connection within the community and their workplaces. This arterial social infrastructure ensures that every member of our city and its visitors are upheld and dignified by the fabric we quilt together.
Our Commitment
Longmont is “a place to belong.” We are here to uphold that promise. By partnering with the Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce and local leaders, we ensure that as our city scales, it remains a space where every neighbor—regardless of height—is recognized and valued.
Belonging | Care | Connection | Presence
This is BeLongmonting™
multi-family Housing
A Mini-City BeLongmonting Proof-of Concept
When people see their own reflection in the spaces they co‑inhabit, they shift from feeling apart from it, to being a part of it.
The unComplex Move-inment
We are inviting one residential community to serve as the inaugural proof‑of‑concept for The unComplex Move‑inment™ — a belonging‑driven approach to multi‑family living that strengthens safety, trust, and connection in shared spaces.
Many communities offer communication channels, amenities, and events, yet participation often falls short. Not from lack of care — but because connection doesn’t happen on its own. A neutral, consistent presence helps carry the intent of care through.
Move‑inment supports both new residents moving in and the everyday movement of current residents within the community — the rhythms and interactions that shape how at‑ease people feel in their home environment.
For Management: From Friction to Fruit
A managed social‑infrastructure pilot that reduces anonymity‑based friction, supports retention, and strengthens the culture already present. Belonging becomes the ultimate “sticky” amenity.
For Residents: From Strangers to Neighbors
A pathway to feel safer, more connected, and more a part of their shared environment. When only a wall separates units — thin enough to hear a voice, a laugh, a cry, a dog — knowing your neighbors changes everything.

Meaningful Impact Today
Support Pilots and Services
While we are offering Pilots as proof-of-concept for fiscal sponsorship, we currently offer services to organizations at broad. All civic and social organizations are welcome to make an impact today.
Civic
Development with Cawareness
Social infrastructure has as much to do with civic development as the structure itself. We bring the thread that mends loose ends to belonging and resilience—resulting in the community feeling a part of it, not apart from it, reducing public friction and approval processes. When people feel empowered to shape a space, they invest in it. They care for it. The people, the project, and the community thrive. Win-Win-Win!
Social
Third-places and Community Spaces
Turning the language of “third places” into cherished community living spaces, we call this ~ The Living Room. Connecting capacity for care to the capability of those they are meant to serve. More than a number and not just a place, a LIVING room, that is embraced. Where moments matter, and memories are made. This is a movement from designing for to creating with, creating a sense of ownership that fosters belonging and wellbeing.
Impact
Wellbeing Impact Assessment
Through a person-informed approach we offer avenues, solutions, and programs that promotes “residents, patrons, and co-workers” to Authors, Co-Creators, and Change-Makers, regardless of height! Even small moments matter, they can impact mood, energy, and affect others around them. It only takes one smile to spread like wildfire, no one should long to belong. How does your organization impact wellbeing?
You are not a number of many in the system, you are the one! That is all it takes to make an impact that could go as far as saving a life.
End longing for belonging, join the movement, Be In it.
